Returns are sometimes necessary for all kind of reasons.
As part of BabeJuicy’s efforts to provide you with outstanding customer service, you can return any item sold on our site for any reason whatsoever during the first 90 days with our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Our customer service representatives will work with you to resolve the situation by: Replacing the original item, substituting a similar items or refunding your money.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we will not accept the return of the product once the plastic bag has been opened, unless the product is found to be defective or broken when it is unpacked.
Defective Items Used For 30 days
To initiate an exchange or store credit contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. For faster service, please have the following information available: customer name, order number, item (SKU) number, and documentation of the defect. You will then be supplied with an RMA number allowing the return.
All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials and all manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
ALL UNAPPROVED RETURNS WILL ALSO BE SUBJECT TO A DISPOSAL FEE.
The refund will be arranged with 1-2 business days after we received your package. Store credit for defective items will include the product cost and the original shipping charge upon proof of defect.
7 Days Disliked item
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new conditions, you can simply return and refund. Please note customers are responsible for returning shipping fee. We will either provide a replacement or a refund (shipping fee excluded), depending upon your requirement after receiving the exchanged item of your order.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
You should contact our Customer service within 3 days upon receipt of goods for DOA situation.
The outer packing is broken or out of shape & The outer packing is in a good shape while the item is not working
Send us the pictures of the received items/package with detailed information describing the issue which we can quickly confirm the case.
After verifying all the required information, we will either provide a replacement or a full refund, depending upon your requirement.
Missing item(s), wrong item(s) or incorrect package sent
Please carefully check the contents and the weight of the parcel before signing it. For any issues, please contact our Customer service with the information below:
Email us with your order number and the product name. Please send us the clear pictures of the outer packaging, the shipping label, weight of the package and the item you receive.
Refuse To Sign For Package Artificially
Refused undelivered packages are subjected to return shipping costs that costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charges from carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 10% restocking fee.
Customers have the right to cancel order before shipping without giving any reason.
To exercise the right to cancel, customers must inform our customer service representative team (email@example.com) of the decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.
Please note that the order cannot be cancelled once the package is shipped from our warehouse.
